Chapter Titles 10-16

Sorry it's been so long since I posted, I've been tied up in the Revelation blog. Anyways, here are my observations from tonight.

16. Closing Comments

And that is the close of the chapter titles. I'm not sure when I'll be able to post on this blog next, but it will, Lord willing, happen.

Finally making some real headway in Romans, here are the finds of today:

I've improved today... I made it through TWO chapters this time :)

Well, only made it through one chapter today, but I guess that's better than none. It's easy to rabbit trail in Romans :)

As I begin to actually dig into the text of Scripture, in the study of an entire book, my first order of business is to read through the entire book and make a chapter title for each chapter. To do this I try to pick out what the key theme or subject of the chapter is (or the major one if there are many), sum it up in about three words -- the shorter the better, no more than five usually, exact biblical words or phrases preferred -- and then write the summary down as a reminder of what is going on in each of the chapters. Today I read through the first chapter of Romans.
